Are your products authentic?
Yes. all our items are 100% authentic and can be verified via trusted sources.
What is your mode of payment?
We provide cash on delivery nationwide on all orders placed via glamorastore.pk.
If you wish to pay via bank transfer, please contact us on whatsapp. We currently do not accept payments through credit cards or debit cards, but are working on that service too. All preorders, however, require 50% advance payment via bank transfer. Proof of payment must be shown through screenshots or pictures of receipts.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns are only entertained if a wrong item is sent from our end, or the item is damaged. We will investigate such cases and if the onus lies on us, full refund will be provided. Returns due to size or shade issues will not be entertained, since the customer has to determine their size as well as any shade preference by themselves. We do not exchange items.
Will you return my advance on a preorder if I change my mind about ordering?
Preorders require us to order your item as soon as you confirm your purchase and send advance. We also strive to ship the item as soon as it is delivered to us. Once the item is shipped overseas, we cannot retrieve it to USA and return it. That is why we cannot return the advance you send us, either. To place a preorder, please click here
How long does it take to get an item ordered through your website?
Instock items will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Preorders can take up to a month. Please discuss time constraints with our team before placing any orders. We understand you anticipate quick delivery, but the import process and customs clearance sometimes cause unexpected delays. Such circumstances are beyond our control and any pressure placed on us will not expedite the process in any way.
What are your shipping charges?
International shipping will always be built in in your final product cost but local delivery charges are separate. Local delivery charges will depend on the size and weight of your package, as well as your city. For most small packages, delivery charges within Karachi are Rs 250, and to other cities, it is Rs 350. Handbags and shoes will be shipped at a flat rate of Rs 500 to all cities. This is due to size and weight of the package (we ship these items in cartons and they require bubble wrapping).

Do you provide personal shopping services?
Yes, we do. To schedule a time, please contact us via whatsapp. For purchases within Rs 15000, a personal shopper’s free of rs 1000 will be charged for a single trip. This fee is waived on purchases over Rs 15000.
Which stores do you cover for personal shopping?
This depends on the shopper’s location. If an outlet is close by, we will take you there. Most brands like Michael Kors, Coach, Polo Ralph Lauren, Target, Walmart, Kate Spade, calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and Guess are easily doable. Discount stores like Burlington, Ross, Marshalls, TJ Maxx are also strong favorites for many of our clients.
Do you send items via sea cargo?
While most of our items are sent via air cargo, we do provide sea shipping as well, especially for bulky items like bed sets, home decor, heavy books, suitcases, etc. Details of sea shipment can be provided upon request.
